Trade Bead Necklace, Native American
Native American designed beads were used for trading purposes. These beads were of a variety of designs and shapes. This particular necklace has beads with a lot of color and design. Set in with the beads are small brass bells. The rest of the necklace is made up of contemporary beads. The trade beads meacure up to 1/2" wide and up to 5/8" long. The bells drop 3/4". the necklace measures 30" in total. The area of the trade beads and bells measures 5 1/5" in length.
