There are seven marquise shaped sapphires on either side of the diamond swirl set in the center of this beautiful ring. The sides of the 14K gold band are filagree adding to the interest of the design. It is approximately a size 7. The ring measures 5/8 in. long and 3/8 in. wide. The gold setting is substantial.
