Bette Ball designed Valerie for Betty Jane Carter Dolls. She is a porcelain musical doll and plays I Will Wait for You. She is a limited edition of 188/1000. She is dressed in rose taffeta with lace trim on her dress and hat, as well as her pantaloons. She wears ivory Mary Jane shoes with a rose bow. The wicker basket she carries has lost a little of the white paint on the handle which can easily be painted. She is 18 in. tall.
