Gorgeous deep iridescent purple, blue, teal and gold colors are prominent in this old Northwood Glass Carnival piece. The bowl is 8 7/8 in. in diameter and 2 1/2 in. in height. It is marked with the Northwood N within a circle in the middle of the bowl. It is the grape and leaf design. There are two small bubbles in the glaze on the rim and a couple of small scratches on the finish, but they do not detract from the absolute beauty of this piece. Nothing compares to the deep coloration in the older carnival glass. |
