This colorful German stein is 6 3/4 in. tall with a 3 1/2 in. diameter base and 2 3/4 in. diameter top. It is marked on the bottom, Made in Germany, 1/2. It has the following German sayings with a floral design on a cobalt background and scroll, Guten Mutes, Frisch voran and Frohes Herz schaft leichte bahn. The other third area of the design is a German couple. On the stein body just above where the bottom of the handle is attached are the numbers: either 605 or 405. It is also quite substantial in weight and has no chips or cracks.
