This dish is marked, Rheinpfalz 17, with a crown above. It measures 9 1/4 X 6 1/4 in. There are cut outs on either end in which a handle could be added or ribbon as is shown here. The design is handpainted on the face of the dish. There are no chips or cracks. This basket, from Italy, is woven porcelain with floral accents. It measures 6 X 4 1/2 X 4 1/2 in. in height. It is marked made in Italy on the bottom. There is one small chip on one of the lower petals which is not very noticeable.
