Very ornate, this silverplate covered dish, from LB Rogers is 5 1/2 in. in diamter and is 5 1/2 in. in height. It is very heavy and has detail decoration all around the body and the lid. It dates from the 1900's. There is a little plate flaking on the inside, but nothing to deter from this spectacular piece.
