This is a hotpot or teapot from a hotel which would be used a an individual's serving or taken to a room for a hot beverage. The pot has many markings. On the front outside is RS under a squared design resembling a three tier candelabra. The bottom has a 217 over 19 with a 2 under that. It also has a flag design with W & H and TA below. Also on the bottom is Walker and Hall Sheffield, Patent Handle Warranted, Hard and Silver Soldered with the number 9 and 5. Also, there is Crosvenor Caters Glascon CP. The photos should show the placement of the markings. The height of the teapot is 6 in. and it is 3 1/4 in. in diameter at the base. It is 8 in. from handle to spout. The handle has holes at the top and bottom so that the handle does not get hot from the contents. There is no damage to the teapot. |
